Symeonides Coffee Cyprus Ltd - Costa Coffee is expanding its operations and seeks to recruit staff for the new store opening in Famagusta area. If you are interested in working in a dynamic environment with many opportunities for career growth, we seek to recruit:

Store Manager

Duties

• Responsibility for achieving the store's commercial goals
• Responsibility for effective customer service and complaint handling
• Store supervision and quality control
• Monitoring and analyzing of store statistics (sales targets, vistis, etc.)
• Human resources management (selection, evaluation and training)

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as a store manager in the coffee industry
• Bachelor degree in business administration or any other relevant field
• Excellent command of both written & spoken Greek & English
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent computer skills
