The successful applicant will ideally hold a relevant College Diploma in Secretarial Studies or a related field and possess excellent organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication skills in Greek and English are a must. This represents an excellent opportunity for a junior-level administration professional to join a large and highly respected company. 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Reception management.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors at the office.
  • Handling of all calls (incoming and outgoing).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Performing general administrative duties and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • College diploma in office administration / secretarial studies.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
  • Any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
  • Pleasant and efficient telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft outlook.
