Logistics administrator, Nicosia – LAN/10/21

Our client a well-established company operating in the modern furniture industry wishes to employ a young dynamic and motivated professional for the position of Logistics Administrator.

The job holder’ s main purpose  will be to provide valuable and constructive assistance to the company’s  Logistics Manager who is assigned three  different Product Lines. Being in close cooperation with the Manager along with the warehouse, the purchasing and the delivery department, the job holder will have to ensure that all Retail points are provided with the required products on time and as per the quantity required.  Furthermore, the job holder will have the following responsibilities among others :-

• The import of inward shipments in the system
• The organization of the deliveries to the clients
• The extraction of outstanding balances due by the clients
• The issue of delivery notes
• Invoicing
• Communication with the clients for the organizing and planning of the deliveries.
• Any other related job

Position’s Requirements

• University degree in Logistics Management, Business Management, Operations Management, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS or any other relevant Degree
• Any professional experience in similar position will considered as an advantage
• Excellent Greek and English language skills
• Excellent Computer skills ( MS Office)
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Time management and ability of working under stress
• Analytical thinking and critical reasoning
• Interpersonal skills and excellent communication with colleagues / clients
