As a Swing Manager Trainee at McDonald’s, you will be working in a pleasant environment that requires teamwork, professionalism, and proper customer service.

The role includes 4 basic categories of responsibility:

• Ensuring Basic Standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness)
• Human Resources Management
• Health & Safety
• Shift Management

It is clarified that this is a full-time (40 hours) role which works in a shifts schedule system (which is based on the needs of the restaurant and can be day or night any day of the week).

Qualifications required

• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English Language
• At list 1 year experience in the hospitality or catering or retail sector in management position
• Computer literacy
• Personal integrity
