We invite applications from highly qualified and motivated professionals for the position of HR Specialist based in Limassol, Cyprus.  

Duties:

• Acts as first point of contact for HR requests
• Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Maintains human resource information system records
• Performs data analysis and report preparation-incorporating determinations into recommendations
• Performs compensation and benefits administration and reporting.
• Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Provides HR project support for internal projects
• Coordinates employee development plans and performance management
• Provides efficient and effective HR assistance and service to overseas offices 
• Assists with all internal and external HR-related matters

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge on HR processes and operations
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems

• Solid understanding of labor legislation
• Strong computer literacy; advance excel user
• Fluency in Greek and English language
• Maintains confidentiality and professional demeanour
• Very good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
