Medochemie Ltd invites applications for the position of Junior IT Technician for our offices in Limassol, CYPRUS.

Duties:

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
• Install, configure, and support copiers, fax machines, printers, scanners and miscellaneous peripheral hardware
• Provide 1st level support to users for all computer hardware and software issues or queries
• Troubleshoot software and hardware systems, such as computers/laptops, telephony systems and network devices
• Repair and or replace damaged computer and/or network components
• Maintain the up-to-date technical documentation
• Desktop OS administration/ network operating systems
• Carries out any further duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Technical School certificate or College Diploma in Computer Engineering/Computer Science
• Previous experience in a relevant role will be considered as an advantage;
• Experience with Active directory, Exchange and Windows Infrastructure, Cisco Technologies will be considered as an advantage
• Very good interpersonal skills and customer oriented attitude
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Greek
