We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and dynamic individual for the position of Merchandising Manager, to be based in our Head office in Nicosia.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with the clients and managing the merchandising team, ensuring high quality service levels in accordance with defined standards and operation procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University degree
• At least 4 years working experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Cyprus’ Retail Market
• Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Pleasant personality with excellent negotiation and selling skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Multi-functional, with an ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Passionate in growing within the company and committed to results
• Ability to travel
