Our client is a Property investment firm, with an investment portfolio of Class "A" warehouse complexes in Russia. Listed on the London Stock Exchange, our client manages its property investment portfolio with the objective of delivering long-term growth in capital value and rental income while effectively managing risk. Their 25 man team in Cyprus is growing and looking for an HR Manager to help drive HR strategy and practices. The position reports to the Group HR in the UK and is based in their office in Limassol

As the HR Manager of Cyprus, the aim is to maintain and enhance the organization’s HR processes by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies and practices. 


Your Key Responsibilities are:

  • Deal with all HR matters of a non-specific nature (e.g. queries & grievances)
  • Manage & update personnel records 
  • Implement and maintain Group HR policies & procedures plus produce and maintain local HR policies as legislation requires
  • Manage the recruitment process including job specifications, sourcing applicants, conducting initial interviews, drafting offers & contracts
  • Managing induction of new employees and the exit of leavers, including conducting exit interviews
  • Co-ordinate training & development/study
  • Manage annual leave entitlement & absence requests
  • Arrange & maintain corporate and employee insurance policies 
  • Liaise with outsourced payroll provider in respect of employee information
  • Arrange visas
  • Coordinate the appraisal process with Line Managers
  • Coordinate, implement, and maintain health and Safety legislation

Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role
  • Degree in HR or Business Management as well as the CIPD qualification
  • Strong understanding of the Cyprus employment laws
  • Strong verbal & written communications skills in both English and Greek. Russian will be considered an advantage
  • Professional with a discreet & confidential approach 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Efficient organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize & work to deadlines
