CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Audit & Accounting Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant to join their team. The successful applicant will possess a relevant academic background in Accounting & Finance or a related field and will ideally have recently commenced or have plans to commence the ACCA/ACA qualification. Previous, relevant experience is desirable, but not essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Bookkeeping for local and international clients.
• Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES reporting.
• Preparation of payroll for clients.
• Any other relevant accounting duties as required by Management.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• University degree in a relevant field e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics.
• Will start or have recently started ACCA/ACA qualification courses.
• Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills .
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Pleasant personality.
• Working experience is not a prerequisite but will be considered as an advantage.
