On behalf of our client, a software engineering company focusing in building software products for Industry leading service providers in Europe, we are looking to recruit a German Speaking Support Engineer (CR/63) to be part of one of the top truly Cloud Native/Agile transformed teams. The German Speaking (Native level), Support Engineer will work in the Site Reliability Engineering Team.

The role entails the following responsibilities:

• Be part of a product team

• Perform full analysis to determine the root cause of bugs, failures and discrepancies

• Evaluate and communicate the test results, success criteria and test coverage

• Conduct production and test environments health monitoring

• Monitor production systems and provide control and alert mechanisms

• Test usability and user experience (UX)

• Support in system integration and installation of test systems

• Propose Agile test methods within the best practises (including Infosec) into our development processes

• Provide 1st and 2nd level of support and bug fixing as member of the Site Reliability team

• Obtain and report quality metrics and KPIs

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology or equivalent

• Fluency in German language – Native Speaking only

• Fluency in English language in essential

• Experience within a B2B SaaS multi-tenant platform

• Best practises in QA and infosec awareness

• Highest level of quality awareness and solid knowledge regarding test procedures in the software development process

• Experience with cloud (Azure)

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong team player and eagerness to learn

• Proactive with a “Can do” attitude

• Ability to work remotely and flexibility in travelling abroad as and when required
