COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER
(TRADITIONAL TRADE)
ALKIS H.HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU FROU BISCUITS) PUBLIC LTD seeks to employ a high profile individual for the position of Commercial Sales Manager (Traditional Trade) in Nicosia.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the organization and management of the Sales Department on the traditional trade level. Will lead a team of professional sales people providing them with guidance, support and assistance. They will be responsible for customer negotiations, implementing company policies, monitoring customer agreements and market presence, catering for training and motivational needs of the team, working towards sales and profitability objectives as well as striving for the development of new business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate, a University degree will be considered an advantage
- At least 3 years working experience in a relevant FMCG position
- Good communicator, computer literate and fluent in Greek and English
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Hard working individual with good organizational skills
- Numerical and analytical thinking capacity and quality orientation
- Adaptability and resilience, efficiency, self motivation and initiative.
