Tabbaro Limited, a company incorporated and registered in the Republic of Cyprus, under registration number HE 404667 and we are looking to recruit Native  Japanese speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team.

 

Daily tasks include:

  • Dealing directly with clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
  • Assisting with the process of obtaining client documentation
  • Handling calls and incoming requests from clients
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
  • Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
  • Job Requirements:

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japaneese & English  written & verbal
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication skills– written & verbal
  • Previous experience in the Forex industry
  • Prior experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of MT4 platform
  • IT literate preferably Microsoft Office
  • Remuneration packages
  • Available to work with shifts
