Following investments by Lighthouse Ventures and a small group of private equity investors from the performance marketing sector, Team Odeon recently raised €2 million in funding to be used to bring us closer to our goal.
What will you do?
Building and managing our social media calendar will be amongst your main responsibilities from the beginning. Integrated into the content calendar, you'll be in charge of our social media pages, responding to followers, and tracking user engagement. Ultimately, you will handle all the social media channels and produce high engagement and traffic posts which will translate into followers, users, and conversions.
Other tasks you will do:
Work together with the operations, content, and design teams to generate an overall strategy for each of our brands according to set KPIs
Implement and track social media campaigns to address the needs and interests of our target audience
Setup and day-to-day management of our social channels
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
Set specific goals and KPIs and generate ROI reports
Communicate with followers, respond to comments, and engage with the social media community to increase visibility and reach
Stay up to date with current technologies and digital marketing tools
Research and engage topical influencers and potential contributors based on content needs and relevancy
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an emotionally mature, focused, and motivated colleague to join our international team and help us kickstart our social media channels for our higher education comparison brands. Creativity is a key trait and if you are up to date on social media trends and channels such as Facebook, Tok-Tok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat it’s a huge plus!
What do you have?
2 years of proven track record working within a social media management area
Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to research and advertising industry events, trends, and products, and actively engage with users across audiences
Experience advertising on multiple social networks per user demand and engagement
Extensive experience in content management
SEO knowledge (advantage)
Ability to deliver creative content campaigns from ideation to execution
Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem (digital marketing channels, tools, and industry)
Familiarity with web design (Figma, invision, illustrator, photoshop)
Full proficiency in the English language
