PAYMENTS ADMINISTRATOR
We are now expanding our team and we are looking for a Payment Administrator to join us.
As Payments Administrator you will be part of our finance team and you will report directly to the Payments Officer.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of cash flow reports on a daily basis
- Planning for payments and updating the relevant payments plan
- Review of invoices and agreements in conjunction with the payments for reasonability purposes
- Communication with suppliers
- Execution of payments
- Tracking of communication/requests from financial institutions
- Other tasks as may be requested from time to time
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good command of English
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
