CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a truly global provider of Financial & Advisory services, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Real Estate Consultant to join their expanding team in Nicosia. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate consulting services or real estate investments. Fluency in Greek & English are a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Developing financial models in relation to Real Estate and/or Hospitality & Leisure businesses or potential developments.
• Performing benchmarking analysis and analysing comparable transaction data for specific real estate assets or portfolios.
• Assisting with and carrying out feasibility studies and business plans.
• Assisting clients in capital raising and implementation of go-to-market strategies.
• Participates in development consulting assignments, involving conceptualising development scenarios that create value and liquidity, through highest and best use analysis.
• Preparation of client deliverables and presentation of findings to clients, investors and financiers.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• 2-5 years of professional experience in real estate consulting services or real estate investments.
• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in the areas of Real Estate, Finance or Economics.
• Ability to develop complex financial models in relation to Real Estate and Hospitality & Leisure businesses or potential developments.
• Understanding of town planning regulations and land registry procedures.
• Strong communication, analytical and data organisation/interpretation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft office applications - Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
