CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding provider of Audit & Accounting Services with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team. The successful applicant must hold a minimum of 1+ years’ of relevant experience within an administrative position and speak Greek and English fluently.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Handling incoming telephone calls to the company.
  • Providing secretarial support to Senior Management.
  • Making travel arrangements for Senior Management.
  • Ensuring constant supply of office stationary and peripherals.
  • General filing of business documentation.
  • Welcoming visitors to the office.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Company.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Fluency in Greek & English is a must (Written & Spoken).
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Strong PC Skills.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Strong team player.
