RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Acts as a conduit between clients and the market.
• Assists clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for use by the client
• Be aware of and be able to demonstrate ongoing in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, both technically and fundamentally.
• Offers assistance and training to the new clients on the Company’s platforms and trading tools available to them.
• Builds and maintains client relationships by understanding each client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required.
• Liaises with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults.
• Contacts clients to provide general market updates.
• Utilises retention strategies to maximize client satisfaction and achieve monthly targets.
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

REQUIREMENTS

• University/College Degree
• Fluency in English
• I.T. Proficient
• Experience in relevant field will be consider an advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
