CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a truly global provider of Financial & Advisory services, we are seeking to recruit an SQL Professional to join their expanding team in Nicosia. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 3+ years relevant professional experience working with technologies including one or more of the following; SQL Server Administration, Azure SQL PaaS, SQL Clustering and/or T-SQL. Fluency in Greek & English are a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Designing and provisioning of secure, resilient and efficient Database Solutions.
• SQL Server setup and administration both on prem and on the cloud.
• Daily maintenance and optimization of SQL infrastructure.
• Extraction, transformation and loading of data.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• University degree in Information Technology or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Eager to learn and advance his/her expertise in new technology areas.
• Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner in Greek and English.
• 3+ years working experience with most of the below:
  • Azure SQL PaaS
  • SQL server administration
  • SQL clustering / Always-On High Availability
  • T-SQL
  • Windows Server administration and maintenance
  • Alteryx, R, Python
  • Data modelling and database design
