4SQUARE SUPPORT LTD is searching for an IT Help Desk.

The position will require to manage all the IT related topics from hands on support to infrastructure, asset management, configure and maintenance the company IT environment .

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Dealing with day to day IT tasks .
• Dealing with IT inventory
• Assists with IT projects
• Support Users .
• The position is part of a global team but very Independent role.

We are looking for:

• 1 year experience as a Helpdesk\ IT ..
• Bachelor/Diploma in Computer Science or similar
• Knowledge in windows
• Cisco Certifications is a plus
• Knowledge in Windows Server 2019 – GPO ,AD.
• Knowledge in Exchange .
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues .
• Fluency in English
