ONE is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, hard-working, and attentive to detail Technician to join our growing team of people. The Technician will be responsible for the upkeep of the tower, such as the apartments, business offices, commercial and common areas, engine rooms and all other relevant areas of ONE. The successful candidate must be skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical/mechanical systems. 

His/her duties will include inspecting building, maintaining inventory, preventing maintenance and scheduling repairs. Must be thorough to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of ONE. He/she must be professional with a practical mind, attention to detail and be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

In addition, he/she will oversee the general upkeep of the building and its infrastructure and manage technical repairs alongside aesthetic maintenance. He/she has to manage routine maintenance and emergency repairs to prevent and resolve safety or comfort issues.

Location: ONE, Limassol

Requirements:

• High school graduate.
• Two years of previous experience as Maintenance Technician is a must.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• Solid understanding of health and safety rules and legislation.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Communication skills.

A remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
