Minthis is seeking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our growing team of people. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the smooth and organised running of the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant and service, ensuring that all culinary standards of the outlet are always met, in accordance with the F&B standards, hygiene and safety regulations and policies of the Resort. Leading the Restaurant and Bar team.

Responsible also to perform general administrative tasks related to budgeting, staffing, stocking supplies, producing outlets’ reports, and making business strategic recommendations.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Degree Hospitality Management or hospitality related qualification will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.  Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage.
• Computer Literate (MS Office, POS) software programme
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure.

A remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
