Main responsibilities 

• 2nd level support for Dynamics 365 NAV/BC (primarily Financial Management module)
• Interacting with Supplier teams/members for escalation of tickets 
• Dynamics 365 NAV administration
• Application servers maintenance
• Business requirements analysis
• Recommend ways to use the platform broader and more efficiently 
• Actively contribute to a diverse and multicultural team of professionals.

What we are looking for 

• University degree in Information Technology or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team 
• Eager to learn and advance his/her expertise in new technology areas
• Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner in Greek and English
• Understanding of the fundamentals around data modeling and SQL Databases design

• Microsoft SQL Administration
• Ability to analyse business requirements and develop technical specifications
• 3-5 years working experience with supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferably) Financials or other ERP
• Experience with Azure will be considered an asset.
