Now we're looking for a Hindi Customer Support (native) to join our team and make his/her own contribution to our products.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
• Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
• Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
• Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
• Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers

Experience and qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal Hindi and English skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work in multitasking environment
• Experience working with customer support would be a plus
