G. PAPAIOANNOU AUDITORS LTD an accountancy firm, based in Limassol currently seeking a junior accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Daily bookkeeping/accounting and recording of transactions in the accounting system
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, debtors and creditors
• Preparation and submission of VAT, VIES and tax returns
• Preparation of payroll and payment of social insurance for clients
• Preparation of month end reporting
• General administration duties such as filing of accounting records in an organised manner
• Assistance to auditors where appropriate

Requirements:

• LCCI Level 3 Higher or any equivalent qualification 
• Degree in Accounting or Finance will be considered an advantage
• No prior experience in similar position is required
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both verbal and written)
• Time management and teamwork skills
