We are seeking to recruit a Restaurant Manager, for a new luxury Italian Restaurant in Paphos.

The Main Responsibilities of the position include:

•  Participation in the development of the concept of the restaurant.
• Development, together with the chef, of the concept and approval of the main menu, service standards, brand.
• Preparation of the restaurant for the opening and its transfer to the operational phase.
• Development and approval of the operating budget, as well as plans for opening a restaurant.
• Development and approval of a marketing plan (Operational marketing management).
• Holding tenders among suppliers of furniture, equipment, consumables, food products and proving their estimates before the head of restaurant projects.
• Working with suppliers of products, materials, services.
• Preparation and approval of the staffing table, salary review in accordance with the budget
• Selection and Hire of key personnel (Hiring, training, rotation, dismissal of key personnel).
• Quality management - standards of service, quality of food, operation of the restaurant premises.
• Achievement of target operating indicators in terms of revenue, costs, profit.
• Interaction with regulatory authorities, obtaining the necessary permits, licenses, control that they restaurant complies with legislation in restaurant activities.

 The main Requirements of the position are:

• Successful work experience in a similar position at HoReCa for a minimum 5 years
• Experience in opening and managing high-level restaurants
• Knowledge of the specifics of the restaurant market in Cyprus and Europe
• Stress resistance and ability to work in multitasking mode
• Willingness to develop the project and strive for high economic performance
• Administrative ability and leadership skills
• Ambitiousness, dedication, responsibility
• Knowledge in marketing and finance
• Knowledge of English, Greek. (knowledge of Russian is desirable)
