Key Responsibilities:
- Meetings with Clients, presale discussion with Clients
- Set up of customers through email, communications with clients in relation to the set up requests
- Receipt and review of client documents, creating the Client file and proper archiving of client files
- Preparation of Client’s economic profile
- Maintaining, inputting and updating of Client files and the clients database
- Preparation and distribution of reports for clients (monthly and upon request), responding to clients’ queries
- Providing information that counterparts request about ACM (KYC on ACM)
- Preparation, coordination, receipt of required approvals, and signing of general agreements with clients and counterparties and their input in internal systems
- Keeping record of all agreements signed by the company (general agreements, agreements related to business) as well as filing and archiving of company’s and clients’ documentation
- Corporate actions support: provide information to the clients regarding upcoming corporate actions
- Processing requests for assets transfers in/out- verification of correctness of instructions provided; collection of approvals, control of execution.
- Monitoring of incoming / outgoing correspondence of the company and its further proper distribution to responsible units
- Communicate with Front office, Compliance, Legal and other departments
- Reviewing and making recommendations on how to improve the set up procedures of ACM and providing solutions for efficiencies that will increase the customer service of ACM
- Any other project that are assigned and approved by the CEO that relate to customer support
Requirements:
- University or postgraduate degree or other equivalent qualification in a field related to economics or finance, including banking and finance, or business administration, or accounting
- Relevant experience in the Investment Industry would be considered as an advantage
- Language proficiency (English and Russian, Greek is a plus)
- Dynamic, self-motivated, good organizational and time management skills
- Technical proficiency: MS Office, Internet, email, back office related systems are a plus
- Citizenship: CY or European Union
