CNP ASFALISTIKI, the largest Company in the General Insurance Sector in Cyprus and member of the French multinational insurance group CNP ASSURANCES, intends to strengthen its already strong human resources workforce.

The Company seeks to recruit a dynamic and ambitious, sales oriented person for the position of Officer Customer Service in Limassol.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the office and/or at the customer premises

• Monitor client relations and provide guidance to customers in selecting the products best suited to their needs

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities and promote the Company’s products

Candidate Profile

The candidate should have an extroverted personality with very good communication and organizational skills, and the willingness to continuously develop so as to effectively promote the company’s products and provide excellent customer service.

Required qualifications and skills

• High school diploma (grade of 17/20 or above for public school or equivalent grade for private schools)

• University or College Degree

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek

• Computer literacy in office products and software systems. 

Other academic/ professional qualifications or relevant experience related to the insurance industry would be considered an advantage.
