We are looking for a young and dynamic person to manage all administrative tasks in the physical office and our digital channels empowering the rest of the team to focus on their core tasks
- Handle all admin needs such as forms, meeting and travel arrangements, guests welcoming, office operations & supplies, team events, expenses booking, collections follow up etc.
- Administer our internal digital systems (Such as staff records system, our company wiki, expenses booking system, chat channels etc.
- Administer our external digital channels such as our social media pages and website
- Assist the team in the preparation of documents, presentations, graphs, diagrams etc.
- Engage in small projects in areas of interest to build your skills and develop your knowledge in what we and our customers do.
Skills & Personality:
- Digitally Enabled
- Excellent use of English language (must!)
- Very well organised and reliable
- Ethical and passionate for success
- Fast learner with ability to work within a team or on your own in the office or remotely from home.
- Effective use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and/or Apple Keynote)
- Comfortable with using or learning to use web based tools
- Social media platforms use (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Knowledge of WordPress for website administration is an advantage as will reduce training needs
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in book keeping or accounting course will be considered an advantage
- University degree will be considered a significant advantage but is not mandatory (A degree around Marketing, Business Studies, MIS will be nice to have as can help grow the role in the future)
