Requirements
- A background in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Marketing, in an agency / online environment
- Native or Fluent in English - Strong written skills and pronunciation in English.
- Experience with B2B solution selling.
- Experience with following sales processes and using CRM
- Post Covid the position requires also some travelling
- Resilience and drive to help the team to meet company growth target
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership
- Desire to work in fast-paced and ever evolving environment
- Ability to influence others and lead direct customer engagements
- Able to be accountable for to performance KPIs and strive to meet expectations
- Ability to manage a team, multiple tasks, projects, with accountability on delivery
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

This role is suited to someone who has a range of proactive skills, from project management to content development, to building relationships, to presenting.
What the job involves
- Lead the team of client acquisition and build a pipeline of sales by sourcing, researching and engaging with prospective clients.
- Oversee teams' operation and performance
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Answers team member questions and assist them with issues.
- Performance reporting to higher management.
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
- Research and identify potential verticals and clients through conferences, linkedin and industry news.
- Forge relationships with key personal at international companies, attending calls, online/offline meetings and events
- Conduct audits of prospective clients' content strategies.
- Management of a CRM database and distributing leads to the team members.
- Support marketing activity, including attending events, developing case studies, and following up with leads generated.
- Design power point slides, for use in new business pitches
