CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-known and highly respected Events Management and Marketing company, we are seeking to recruit a PR & Social Media Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will hold proven experience with the creation of PR strategies and campaigns, ideally from the Forex and/or FinTech space or alternatively from the agency side.

 

Role Overview:
 
The Candidate will take on full responsibility for PR campaigns for our clients - strategy, collaboration, execution and measurement of PR & Media Relations Campaigns. Also the candidate will oversee Social Media campaigns from our client which include but are not limited to: research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting. A knowledge of some SEO best practices is also helpful but not a requirement as it is correlated to items we do in the social marketing and SEO space.
 
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Work with clients to create the PR strategy and content.
  • Manage the content writing team.
  • Manage the design team.
  • PR and advertising campaigns.
  • Keep relationship with the media partners.
  • Search for new media partners in the Fintech Industry.
  • Work with the client to create a social media strategy that collaborates with their marketing needs.
  • Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
  • Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
  • Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc.
  • Continue to refine and define our social marketing process.
  • Identify and develop opportunities and PR connections with additional media to be used as a resources for publishing clients public relations.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Experience managing Social Media and/or PR.
  • Proven success with social media campaigns and/or PR management.
  • Knowledge and experience with common monitoring and reporting tools for Social Media and PR.
  • Communication with the clients and the media.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
