CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well known and respected Telecommunications providers with head offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their team on either a Part-Time or Full-Time basis. The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills in both Greek & English as well as the enthusiasm for supporting customers and driving satisfaction. Previous experience within a Customer Service position is highly desirable, but not essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Provide an exceptional experience to clients.
• Be the point of contact for all queries and provide the best possible solutions to our customers’ needs.
• Promote company offers, products and services to existing and prospective customers based on identified needs.
• Provide online support through our alternative paths of communication (emails, online chat, social media, etc.).

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.
• Good computer skills.
• Interest in telecommunications.
• Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage, but not essential.
• Full Time Hours Commitment: 40 hours per week, working in shifts (F/T).
• Part-Time Hours Commitment: 30 hours per week, working in shifts (P/T).
