Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Contacting existing and potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Developing quotes and proposals.
• Developing goals and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs to increase quality of customer service.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Help the Company’s processes remain legally compliant.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• Proven work experience
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
