We are opening a great opportunity for a really motivated professional to join our Office Administration team in Limassol, Cyprus. If you're a skilful Health Care Specialist we want to hear from you today! The successful candidate will report to our Head of HR (CY).

In-office work duties:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice;

• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms;

• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, manage history reports, measure of BP, ECG, COVID 19 test, other check ups);

• Manage and organise patient visits;

• Communicate effectively and politely with employees;

• Coordinate the insurance claims when necessary;

• Manage GESY portal along with the creation of referrals to other specialist;

• Communicate with various health professionals and assist in organising visits of various specialists and to provide information about the centres, clinics in the cases referred;

Outside the office duties:

• For emergency cases: to escort patients to medical centres, to various health professionals in case the patient wishes due to difficulty of understanding;

• To manage the process of obtaining timely results from various medical centres, chemistry, especially for emergency cases;

Sounds like you?

📍BSc or other diploma from a nursing program;

📍Valid nursing license;

📍Previous working experience in a doctor office or clinic will be considered as an advantage;

📍24/7 availability in case of emergency;

📍Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures;

📍Excellent knowledge of emergency care;

📍A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

📍Responsible and compassionate;

📍Organisational and multitasking skills;

📍English is a must, any other language will be considered as an advantage;
