Amega forex broker is looking for a Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of experience in strategizing and implementing social media campaigns preferably within a Forex or finance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the CMO to develop social media content strategy with focus on community development and brand awareness
- Turning variety of content (educational, company news, analysis) into powerful and engaging social media content
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in our communities
- Turn social media channels to opportunities to engage with communities and and generate leads
- Represent the Company and share Company’s updates in social media communities/groups and etc.
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Monitor customer requests that come via our social channels and respond accordingly.
- Partner with micro-influencers
- Work with a Designer to ensure all assets are produced are on brand (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, landing pages, Twitter profile, etc.).
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in managing corporate social media accounts and communities in finance sector
- Solid working knowledge and experience of social media and influencer programs within the Finance market
- Working experience in Forex industry is a plus
- Must love developing relationships, building communities and drive results
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively in both a written and verbal level
- Data-driven and creative mindset
