Violation Processing SpecialistNo. of Vacancies:2

Via a specialized software the Violation Processing Specialist reviews events that are created when the cameras are activated;  Reviews each event’s photos, video and data to determine if a violation occurred; and enters various data elements required to complete a violation form while ensuring the accuracy of the information.

Skills and experience required

• School leave certificate 
• Strong PC skills in order to navigate and use multiple software platforms
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze and interpret information and reach sound conclusions
• Ability to handle and resolve problems with tact, resourcefulness and good judgment.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time for data entry/violation processing.
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work on shifts
