We’re on a mission in finding the best talented Direct Marketing Specialist 🌟based in Limassol office and will report to  our Direct Marketing Team Lead. This person will be responsible to maximize capacity reached in the Direct Marketing Department and accountable to reach out to customers through email and push notifications campaigns and notify them about new products and events. Ultimately, be able to promote our brand and ensure our customers engage with our campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for:  

• Prepare and implement direct email marketing campaigns;

• Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements, run A/B tests;

• Run single email campaigns and triggered journeys;

• Run push notification campaigns, align push with emails;

• Build target audiences;

• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling;

• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes;

• Track and report all direct marketing funnels;

• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices;

• Make sure email and push platforms are working properly and report any issues.

We’re looking for someone that has: 

• + 4 years of experience in the Marketing department, with minimum 3 years relevant experience in email/direct marketing;

• Proven track record in managing email marketing strategy design and execution;

• Strong analytical skills. Understanding the principles of database management, ability to build target audiences;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Experience with email marketing systems, preferable SalesForce Marketing Cloud;

• HTML knowledge - nice to have;

• SQL knowledge - nice to have.
