RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Responsible for achieving and exceeding their personal targets
• Lead by example by possessing full product knowledge and demonstrating excellent sales/retention skills by consistently overachieving
• Provide support to team members on the day to day operations of the department
• To offer development and motivation to the sales team
• Make suggestions to improve the operation and efficiency of the department
• Communicate relevant changes and initiatives to the sales team
• Attain full understanding of the company operating systems
• Following the company sales strategy as outlined by management
• Detailed and accurate input of data and information in all internal system
• To assist in the recruitment of new agents
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

REQUIREMENTS

• University/College Degree
• Fluency in English: Additional Languages will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge in Technical Analysis is  preferred.
• I.T. Proficient
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
