What are the job responsibilities of this GREAT role?

• Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships; Discovers and explores business opportunities
• Drives product awareness, sales, and improves the consumer journey
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy; manage and oversee social media content; measure the success of every social media campaign
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; following industry trends locally and internationally; Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Business development; Manage and retain relationships with existing clients; Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Participates and representing the company in various events/ exhibitions
• Meets with new & existing customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

The ideal Candidate:

• Holder of a University degree
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• A very good level in English (as a lot of our work is done in English), and an excellent level in Greek is required 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
