Minthis is seeking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic and client-oriented Night Receptionist to join our growing team of people. The Night Receptionist will be responsible for the smooth operation of Front Desk operations during night, including but not limited, to check-in /check-out guests at night, assist Guests with overnight requests/enquiries or complaints, completes all end of the day bookkeeping, auditing and reconciliation tasks as appropriate, handles emergency & security issues with the assistance of Minthis Security.

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• 2-3 years of proven experience as Night Receptionist at a 5* Hotel.
• Customer service orientated.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Greek & English. Knowledge of any other language (i.e Russian and German) will be considered an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word and reservation/ front office software programmes (Opera)

A remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
