Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to hire an HR Administrator to handle all the administrative tasks of the HR Department and be an active member of the HR Team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Coordinate the on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Liaise with local authorities for necessary procedures
• Participate in the preparation of corporate events
• Review, update and develop new benefit plans for employees. Handle all relevant admin process regarding benefits
• Support in the implementation of training programs
• Ensure that employees requests are managed in an accurate and timely way
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports as requested

Requirements:

• BA/BSc degree in Business Administration of relevant field. Master’s degree in HRM will be a plus.
• At least 1 year’ of relevant experience
• Fluent in English and Greek language
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT and in any of the HRIS
• Strong organizing and communication skills
• Multitasking with ability to manage priorities
• Team-player
