Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, a Leading International Forex Group, is seeking to recruit a Group Head of HR;

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all HR related queries as well as providing guidance to the CEO, Senior Management & Directorship on HR related matters including seeing these through to resolution.
  • Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
  • Managing the entire on-boarding and induction process for new starts, completing levers documentation & managing exit interviews.
  • Managing the recruitment process.
  • Producing, maintaining and implementing policies and procedures in relation to HR & some operations.
  • Coach, counsel & discipline employees if necessary, plan, monitor and conduct appraisals including providing guidance to departmental heads.
  • Manage all aspects of HR including but not limited to absence, issuing employment contracts, hiring & firing, performance management, annual appraisals, learning & development, employee relations, providing reference etc (all general HR duties).
  • Working closely with CEO/MD on the smooth running of the company.
  • Support and develop the company’s culture through HR practices.
  • Engage and motivate company’s staff fostering a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a similar dynamic role.
    Previous experience in the Forex industry will be an advantage.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus labor law and HR best practices.
  • Performance Appraisal Background.
  • Fluency in English verbal and written is a must.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi- task within a fast pace  international environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
