For our Planning Studio in Limassol, Cyprus, we are looking for:

Planning Studio Manager  

The Position:

Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible and accountable for:

• Creating and ensuring the best possible customer service having customers in focus as your first priority
• Maximizing sales, establishing IKEA as the leading Home Furnishings place to shop
• Acting as the company’s local representative towards third parties (i.e. banks) & other public companies (i.e. utilities)
• Ensuring that all company, legal, health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times
• Closely monitoring and managing all operating costs and P&L elements related to the areas of responsibility
• Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of achieving the agreed objectives

You have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial position, ideally in the high volume retail sector
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills
• Team and customer service oriented personality
• Achievement drive, analytical and numerical abilities
• University Degree (Postgraduate degree will be considered as an asset)
• Very Good command of the English language
• Good use of MS Office (especially Excel)
