A Trade Support and Middle Office role based in Limassol Cyprus, responsible for administration of CFD trading services and provisioning of an expert trading support internally.

Responsible for:

• Providing technical support for Trading Platform components

• Identifying anomalies in pricing and execution

• Providing timely information for inquiries of the Customer support team

• Providing ad hoc assistance to the risk monitoring team

• Monitoring of vital metrics ensuring in highest service quality

Skills & Experience required

• Comprehensive knowledge of spot forex, CFDs & OTC products

• Full understanding of leverage products

• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years experience in CFD or derivatives industry

• Trading basics knowledge, experience in trading platforms(Metatrader preferred)

• Able to deliver in a fast-paced working environment where accuracy first time is paramount

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines

• Ready to take initiative and innovate

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language;

• Minimum degree or equivalent educated

Advantage would be:

• Strong knowledge of the Company product ;

• Company legal documents knowledge (Client Agreement etc);

• An ability to work independently but also productively with staff members in other departments both remotely and across cultures.
