Pay scale- €12,000 - €16,000 per annum.
A professional procurement qualification such as:
- Nursing Degree
- Proven track record of with various healthcare organisation, private or public sector.
- Must understand, write and speak English
We are recruiting a contracts assistant/ Nurse Trainer to assist the director in Healthcare supplier contracts/Trainer. Experience working with healthcare organisations.
We are an international coaching, mentoring service, and business support service organisation. We are looking for a high calibre staff member to join our team within Cyprus office in Paphos. We have clients in the UK and Cyprus.
You will be searching and applying for contracts according to our clients’ requirements, or criteria of the SLA according to the guidelines set.
Assist the Contracts Manager with producing the contract documentation to the CCGs and NHS England, as part of the submission contract negotiations.
You will be responding to tender questions and answering according to the criteria, evaluations and guidelines set.
You will understand the supplier and their products. Lead onboarding discussions and facilitation of implementation plans with new suppliers.
Some experience in dealing with Implementations/ Project work. Need to be very adaptable / flexible being able to juggle multiple priorities
You will have experience in delivering a safe and quality driven delivery model for service users. Understanding effective partnerships within a strong governance framework.
You will be highly organised with good time management skills. You will be results driven, a strong leader, with good analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff teams, your management team.
You will be applying for NHS and independent sector providers contracts.
You will be ensuring all documents and files, meet the requirements as per the contract’s portals, you have registered clients for.
You will be training care assistants within their role at our facilities in Paphos. You will be implementing training programmes created.
You will be communicating with clients, via telephone, Zoom meetings or email, to ensure they are informed and up to date, with contracts submitted, by providing a monthly report.
You have excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.
You will be reporting to the managing director on a weekly basis and providing reports daily. You will have a good understanding of NHS, Commissioners, CCG’s. You will have a understanding of Provider SLA processes, and Residential Care Homes processes.
Please note Training will be provided.
Meeting weekly to discuss progress with the team.
