Marketing Assistant - Limassol

The position:

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our marketing team!

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Preparing and distributing client newsletters
• Managing all translations for the company’s website and newsletters, including coordinating with translators and other departments
• Liaising with different departments on all website and content updates
• Assisting with the production of marketing materials for events, exhibitions and campaigns
• Performing competition analysis, creating reports, and keeping up with latest industry trends and marketing activities
• Performing project management for marketing campaigns and activities
• Providing support to the Marketing Manager on ongoing projects, as well as the rest of the marketing team as and when necessary

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Marketing or any other relevant degree
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of email marketing systems will be considered an advantage
• Working knowledge of CRM software (like WordPress), and HTML, will be considered an advantage
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and efficient, with strong attention to detail
• Strong project management and organization skills
