Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner. Answering questions, providing information on real estate assets, and explaining procedures.
- Handling, monitoring and distribution of incoming email correspondence and requests (internal and external). Responding to clients’ emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing the call centre and routing inbound calls to appropriate parties within the organisation.
- Handlings and resolving clients’ requests and complaints in a professional manner.
- Registration of incoming requests and leads in the CRM. Manage the sources of sales leads and register leads in CRM received directly or through intermediaries.
- Manage the registration of local and international intermediaries in CRM
- Assist with administration tasks withing the sales team, as required
- Assist in carrying out asset viewings for potential buyers
- Assist reporting functions in the preparation of leads and intermediaries reports as the per the company’s policy
- Update information on website, as required
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Experience/Skill Sets/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role will be considered a strong advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English. Other languages will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in the real estate industry will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
