Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner. Answering questions, providing information on real estate assets, and explaining procedures.
  • Handling, monitoring and distribution of incoming email correspondence and requests (internal and external). Responding to clients’ emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing the call centre and routing inbound calls to appropriate parties within the organisation.
  • Handlings and resolving clients’ requests and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Registration of incoming requests and leads in the CRM. Manage the sources of sales leads and register leads in CRM received directly or through intermediaries.
  •  Manage the registration of local and international intermediaries in CRM   
  • Assist with administration tasks withing the sales team, as required
  • Assist in carrying out asset viewings for potential buyers
  • Assist reporting functions in the preparation of leads and intermediaries reports as the per the company’s policy
  • Update information on website, as required
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures

 

Experience/Skill Sets/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role will be considered a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Greek and English. Other languages will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
