Maintain high level of cleanliness in the washing area and in the interior area of the kitchen. Gathering, separating, cleaning and storing all cooking utensils and restaurant equipment.
Requirements:
Knowledge of correct and safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials.
Good knowledge of Food Hygiene, Safety & Health.
Good knowledge of HACCP/ISO requirements.
