CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established CySEC Licenced Investment Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Sales & Retention Executive to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience within a Forex and/or Financial Services firm and possess outstanding communication skills in English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Achieves monthly targets.
• Crosses selling company services to provide client improvement and increase targets.
• Maintains high levels of client acquisition, retention and re-activation.
• Primary point of contact for clients under their own portfolios.
• Contacts existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
• Develops strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Promotes the company’s products and services.
• Educates clients on how to use the company’s trading platform.
• Provides a basic level of understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients in a highly compliant manner.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• University/College Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Fluency in English: Additional Languages will be considered an advantage.
• IT Proficient.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in in Sales and/or Retention within the FX and/or related field is a must.
• Able to commit to a shift pattern from 10.00 to 19.00, Monday to Friday
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
