Megabet Plus, the largest betting company in Cyprus is looking to recruit a Customer Support Officer.
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to calls, chats and emails to serve new and existing customerts and fullfill requests.
  • Resolve any issues by clarifying the customer’s complaints.
  • Ensuring all customers are satisfied to increase customer loyalty.
  • Excellent customer service and complaints handling experience.

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Communications or in a related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
  • Ability to be working in shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Friendly and polite personality.
