Megabet Plus, the largest betting company in Cyprus is looking to recruit a Customer Support Officer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to calls, chats and emails to serve new and existing customerts and fullfill requests.
- Resolve any issues by clarifying the customer’s complaints.
- Ensuring all customers are satisfied to increase customer loyalty.
- Excellent customer service and complaints handling experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Communications or in a related field will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
- Ability to be working in shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Friendly and polite personality.
