Position: Support Officer                                                             Department: Support

Reports to: Head of Support                                                       Location: Limassol

 

What You’ll Do:

The Support Officer is responsible to provide excellent customer service to clients whilst enhancing their trading experience with FXPRIMUS.

  • Handling client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided
  • Support through email, live chat and telephone to all clients globally
  • Answering e-mails , assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments;
  • Impeccable telephone etiquette and management;
  • Dealing with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively.

 

What You Have:

  • Native speaker of Thai is the must, English – fluent;
  • Similar experience in customer support;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word);
  • Shift work as and when required.

 

What Will Make Us Really Love You:

  • Previous experience in similar position within financial services or online gaming;
  • Knowledge of Meta Trader platforms will be considered an advantage;
